Geyue Electric produces a total of 2 types of AC Contactors. One of them is the CJ19 AC Contactor, which is specially designed for capacitor switching and is often used in conjunction with reactive power compensation devices. The other one is the general-purpose CJX2 AC Contactor, which is suitable for controlling occasions such as motors. The structure of the CJ19 AC Contactor contains a series-connected current-limiting resistor to reduce the inrush current during closing. However, the structure of the CJX2 AC Contactor is relatively simple and does not have the current-limiting function. The CJ19 AC Contactor has a relatively high making and breaking capacity in terms of electrical performance and can withstand the high inrush current generated during capacitor switching. However, the electrical performance of the CJX2 AC Contactor is suitable for conventional loads, and its making and breaking capacity is relatively low.
