After more than two years of research and development and rigorous testing, our Guoyue Electric R&D team has successfully developed a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving flat-coil reactor. This new product features significant breakthroughs in energy efficiency and structural design, utilizing innovative technologies and materials to provide an optimized solution for the industry, better meeting the stringent performance requirements of modern power systems.
We adopted a completely new flat-coil design, revolutionizing the traditional manufacturing process and structural layout. High-quality, high-permeability silicon steel sheet was selected as the core material, and special annealing and surface insulation treatments significantly reduced magnetic and eddy current losses. The coil is made of high-purity oxygen-free copper sheet using a one-step forming process, ensuring the integrity of the current path and consistent conductivity. The use of a new nano-composite insulating material increased the voltage withstand capability by more than 50%, while also improving the temperature rating and lifespan. This innovative design not only reduced the product size by one-third and weight by one-quarter, but also significantly improved heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation in high-temperature environments.
Rigorous laboratory tests and field trials demonstrate that the new series reactor has an operating loss reduction of more than 15% compared to previous models, leading the industry in this area. Temperature rise control is significantly improved; the winding temperature remains within a safe range under full load, with a maximum temperature rise of no more than 65K, far exceeding industry standards. Noise levels have also been comprehensively optimized; through improved magnetic circuit design and vibration-damping structures, operating noise is reduced by more than 10 decibels. After 1000 hours of continuous full-load operation testing, the product performed stably and reliably, with all parameters meeting design requirements within acceptable tolerances. This energy-saving performance means that a medium-sized photovoltaic power station can save tens of thousands of yuan in electricity costs annually, significantly shortening the payback period.
The new series reactor is particularly suitable for retrofit and new construction projects with limited space, effectively solving the problem of insufficient installation space. In large-scale photovoltaic power plants, it can significantly improve power quality, reduce harmonic distortion, and enhance system stability and power generation efficiency. In data centers, it helps reduce energy consumption, alleviate the burden on air conditioning systems, and improve overall energy efficiency. For retrofitting existing facilities, its compact design addresses the issue of limited installation space, enabling equipment upgrades without requiring site expansion. Furthermore, it can withstand various harsh environments, including high temperatures, high humidity, and high altitudes, ensuring long-term stable operation and significantly reducing maintenance needs and operating costs.
This reactor has passed comprehensive certification from the National Energy Equipment Testing Center, achieving internationally advanced performance standards and receiving unanimous praise from industry experts. The first batch of production units will be used in several large-scale photovoltaic projects, including multiple 100MW-class power plants, with an expected annual production capacity of 5,000 units, fully meeting market demand.
