BSMJ(Y) Series Single Phase Cylinder Self-Healing Shunt Capacitor is designed by Geyue Electric to correct the power factor of 50Hz and 60Hz low voltage power systems. It is one of the most energy efficient products for on-site compensation and centralized automatic compensation, which can reduce reactive power loss and improve voltage quality.

Production Technology Process
In the production of BSMJ(Y) Series Single Phase Cylinder Self-Healing Shunt Capacitors, Geyue Electric possesses a comprehensive and highly mature manufacturing process. During the procurement phase, Geyue Electric painstakingly source top-quality Zinc-aluminum-coated polypropylene from long-term and reliably trusted suppliers. Before entering the slitting stage, the polypropylene film undergoes an extremely precise technical inspection. Only when it is confirmed to be completely qualified through this meticulous examination can it proceed to the subsequent slitting stage.
After slitting, the qualified polypropylene film slices are carefully chosen by Geyue Electric to advance to the winding stage. The polypropylene film slices are put into the winding machine to wind them into BSMJ(Y) Series Single Phase Cylinder Self-Healing Shunt Capacitor cores, and the qualified cores are selectively picked to enter the gold spraying stage. The gold spraying machine atomizes the high-purity zinc into zinc particles and sprays on the surface of the capacitor core. Once the gold spraying is accomplished, the qualified capacitor cores featuring a well-formed gold spraying layer are scrupulously selected to enter the empowerment sorting stage, and the unqualified capacitor cores are further eliminated.
Only those BSMJ(Y) Series Single Phase Cylinder Self-Healing Shunt Capacitor cores that pass Geyue Electric’s empowerment sorting stage can enter the thermal setting process. After the completion of the thermal setting, the capacitor cores can be assembled into semi-finished products. After the wax injection is successfully completed, a specialized sealing machine is employed to seal the products. Once the sealing is accomplished, the sealed products are then permitted to enter the stage of finished product inspection. During this final inspection, the products that meet all the specified criteria and pass the rigorous assessment are recognized as the finished BSMJ(Y) Series Single Phase Cylinder Self-Healing Shunt Capacitors of Geyue Electric. Only these products that have successfully passed the final inspection are granted the permission to undergo packaging and subsequently be made available for sale in the market.
