The JKWF series power compensation controller supports both co-compensation and split compensation modes. Users can flexibly choose the compensation mode according to the on-site load characteristics. The device is equipped with 12 output interfaces to meet the needs of multi-branch fine compensation; the input mode is compatible with CT static power supply and external DC12V dynamic power supply dual mode, which is suitable for various power monitoring scenarios.

Core principle of the product
The JKWF power compensation controller adopts dynamic harmonic scanning technology, with an 8-bit single-chip microcomputer as the core, and monitors the changes in the 50~2500Hz spectrum in real time. The common compensation/split compensation mode can be flexibly switched through the panel settings without replacing the hardware. The 12-way output supports the precise switching of multiple groups of capacitors. The static input adopts the CT power supply mode, and the dynamic input is compatible with an external DC12V power supply. In the harmonic environment of THDi≤25%, the power factor can still be accurately controlled to above 0.95.
Production quality assurance system
Geyue Electric implements full-process quality control management for JKWF power compensation controller. The key contacts of the circuit board are processed with immersion gold technology, and the thickness of the gold layer exceeds 1 micron, ensuring long-term oxidation protection in a humid environment. After the core components are assembled, the whole machine is filled with flame-retardant thermal conductive silicone for curing and sealing. After the colloid is cured, it needs to undergo a continuous vibration test with 10 times the acceleration of gravity, and also simulate the bumpy intensity of heavy truck transportation. Each device must undergo 72 hours of high and low temperature cycle shock, repeatedly switching between minus 30 degrees and 85 degrees, with a temperature change rate of 10 degrees per minute. Finally, 5,000 continuous switching experiments were completed under simulated power grid fluctuation conditions to verify that the contact life can withstand more than 500,000 mechanical operations. The qualified rate of batch products has long been maintained above the 99.7% standard.
Standard packaging solution
Geyue Electric uses multi-layer protective packaging to ensure the safe delivery of the power compensation controller. The controller body is fully wrapped with 5 cm thick high-density EPE foam, and the wiring port is inserted with a silicone seal to prevent moisture intrusion. The carton contains Chinese and English instructions and a stainless steel mounting bolt kit. The outer box is made of five layers of thickened corrugated paper. Each box is clearly printed with moisture-proof/upward/stacking logos. The maximum load-bearing capacity of each standard packaging box is 50 kg, and it supports European standard 1200x800 mm or American standard 1200x1000 mm wooden pallet intermodal transportation, and the single pallet load capacity is 16 devices.
