GYAPF Series Active Power Filter, designed by Geyue Electric, adopts the detection technology based on the instantaneous reactive power theory, automatically tracks the changes of power grid harmonics, and has high controllability and rapid response ability. The GYAPF Series Active Power Filter overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional passive filter, such as poor effect, prone to resonance, and only being able to filter out harmonics of fixed orders. It is capable of playing an outstanding filtering role and attaining satisfactory results for all kinds of rapid and transient impact loads.

This product is strictly in line with the GBT3859.2 Standard.

This GYAPF Series Active Power Filter should be employed in parallel within the power grid. By detecting the load current in real time through the external CT and calculates the load current by DSP, Geyue Electric has endowed this GYAPF Series Active Power Filter with the ability to extract the harmonic components of the load. By utilizing PWM converter technology, Geyue Electric has also enabled this GYAPF Series Active Power Filter to control the IGBT, thereby allowing the internal converter device to invert a current that is of equal magnitude but opposite in direction to the harmonic current of the load and inject it into the power grid, thus achieving the function of filtering out harmonics.
